Argent offer 12 month lease deal for Manchester Office Space
January 6th, 2009 | by Amy EdwardsArgent, a commercial property developer based in Manchester, are offering short-term office leases for tenants seeking office space in Manchester.
The shorter leases relate to it’s Lever street building, close to the city’s burgeoning Northern Quarter.
The prime office location (3-45 Lever Street) is made up of over 10,000 square feet of office space next to The Hive development, also owned by Argent. The scheme comprises of 10,000 sq ft of office space which can be divided in separate office suites. The suites themselves are available on a 12 month lease, much shorter than the traditional 5/10 year leases.
The rent will be £11.00 per square foot which will included the service charge, heating plus insurance.
We have mentioned before on Choregus that traditional office space agents / developers are being forced to offer more flexible leases as the price of space falls and companies become uncertain about their future.
Should the serviced office industry feel threatened by this? Please leave us your thoughts below…
