AWS gets new office space in Northumberland
November 15th, 2007 | by Amy EdwardsAWS Accountancy has acquired 2,250 sq ft of office space in Berrymoor court, part of the first phase of new office buildings at Northumberland Business Park.
The business park is being built on a 47 acre site just south of Cramlington by the largest office developer in the UK, Cheshire based, Gladman Developments.
On November 22, the first 70,000 sq ft of office space will be launched to an audience of local and national office agents.
The buildings have a range from 2,250 sq ft to 25,500 sq ft and are available for sale or lease with freehold prices from £165psf and rents from £14psf.
Gladman developments say that they have had a great number of enquiries, since prospective clients can see the quality of the new buildings. They also believe that the development will satisfy the demand for new office space in the South East Northumberland area.
