Bath Road Studios open after refurbishment

The Bath Road Studios office complex in Bristol has opened following a million pound makeover.
The refurbishment of the work space, which includes ITV as one of its tenants, cost £1.2 million and the renovation work was carried out by Cube Real Estate.
The reception area at the creative office space, designed by Stiff & Trevillion, has been remodelled and a selection of break-out areas have been incorporated into the floor plan.
Jonathan Lawes, Cube Real Estate director, said: “Bath Road Studios provides a vibrant working environment which can act as a hub for creative industries. The opportunity to interact with like-minded individuals and businesses is already generating strong interest.”
Current occupiers include Ocean Blue Software, Filma @ 59, Whirlwind Media and Bath Spa University Media Department.
Office suites are available from 300 square feet to 30,000 square feet across three of the building’s four floors. Small start-up suites are also available on flexible lease arrangements.
Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle are acting as joint leasing agents on the property, advertising rents from £14.75 per square foot.
Jo Crofts at Knight Frank said: “With ITV studios already occupying part of the building and the successful Paintworks development just across the road, this part of Bristol is becoming established as the creative and media centre of the South West.”
The office space is based 1.5 miles from Bristol Temple Meads train station and is easily accessible from the M32 motorway and the city centre.
