BizSpace increase to 110 centres

Confirming what we have been saying here on Choregus for some weeks now, the credit crunch has not weakened the appetite for serviced office space.  This was underlined by news that Bizspace is increasing it’s stock to 110 centres across the Office space UK serviced officesUK.

“We have tremendous confidence in the market based on a strong, constant and healthy demand for managed workspace,” said BizSpace MD Gareth Evans.  He added “And with more than 4,000 customers and 7.5 million sq ft of flexible space across the UK we have a genuine understanding of how to meet occupiers workspace needs”.

Gareth also noted how BizSpace were helping encourage SME’s to prosper through their flexible workspaced solutions.  With an estimated 4 million small businesses in the UK, their should be plenty of demand.

It is clear that we have lots of SME’s needing flexible and affordable office space.  The image of serviced offices being the exclusive reserve of corporations is receeding rapidly.

Well done to BizSpace for such fantastic growth.
