Do all serviced offices look the same?
September 7th, 2008 | by Amy EdwardsThis week I had a seminar at Peter House on Manchester‘s
Oxford Road.
This is the second time I have visited the Regus owned location but the first since Regus took over the running of the building. The interior hasn’t changed much if at all, but it didn’t need to – this is high quality office.
You are greeted by a spacious reception area which features a waiting area where there are two large TV screens showing 24 hour news. You really couldn’t ask for a much better place to locate your business.
Which brings me on to the to the subject of serviced office interiors. The Choregus team are slightly split on this topic; the Editor professes that serviced office interiors are much of a muchness, and do not vary significantly. He also rightly points out that potential tenants will be equally as interested in the local area, which is why Choregus compiled a catalog of video’s showing the surrounding area around the major serviced office locations in the UK.
Having visited a number of serviced offices in Manchester it is my opinion that the interiors DO vary significantly. Happily, I can say that there are much more high quality than lesser quality office locations.
These differences do not present any problems for the industry, they just offer tenants a greater choice for what they require for their business. If you are a start up business you may want a budget style office initially while you build up your revenue.
Notice I used the term lesser quality rather than inferior quality earlier – none of the locations I went to would not be suitable for running a business. But there are certainly differences.

Choregus highly recommends our UK offices list, Hammersmith office space, Mayfair office space, Soho office space and Birmingham office space to rent.
