Hamill Investments to run new scheme

Bolton property company Hamill Investments have been chosen to run an enterprise centre in the north west.  The firm, who also run a number of business centres, will preside over the running of the £6.5 million scheme. The scheme is situated in Nelson’s ACE Centre, and will be run for Pendle Enterprise & Regeneration.

The scheme is a joint project between Barnfield Construction and Pendle council.  It will feature 32 serviced offices.

The company is owned by Chris and Simon Neill.
