Officebroker.com launch online review system

Officebroker.com have launched a new online review system.

The system allows clients to leave feedback on the offices on the site to help other businesses looking for serviced office space. The system was first launched in November and encourages both tenants and potential tenants to leave feedback after viewing an office. During the feedback, users are encouraged to leave both positive and negative feedback on the property in order to give a genuine and balanced evaluation of the building.

Users are also requested to give the property an overall “star rating”, with a maximum of 5 and a minimum of 1. This is designed to help businesses gain an “at a glance” review of the overall property.

Since its launch last month the system has done well and is now attracting office reviews on a daily basis. So far the majority of the feedback has been positive but some negative feedback has also been published. As well as helping potential clients and landlords, the system also helps to train new employees at the company.

Team Leader and head of training, Fiona Spruce, believes that the system will provide an essential part of fine-tuning officebroker.com’s service.“We’ve already had some useful comments for our consultants,” says Fiona. “When we receive pointers in relation to our service we always feed back directly to the person involved, and going forward we are now building this into our regular training schedules.”
